Reynoldsburg, Ohio
Selling a house in Reynoldsburg
Out along the east side, straddling the county line, with easy access to I-70. A lot of the sales here start with a job that moved.
Reynoldsburg grew steadily from the sixties through the nineties, so the housing is a mix rather than one era: ranches, split-levels, two-storeys, generally on more ground than you get closer in to Columbus. Part of the city sits in Franklin County and part in Licking, which occasionally complicates a title search and never complicates a sale.
Because it is a commuter town with the highway right there, relocation is a common reason to sell, and relocation comes with a date on it. If you have six weeks and you need certainty rather than a maybe, that is the situation a cash sale is genuinely good at.
Condition is not a problem
The kind of Reynoldsburg house I buy
Sixties to nineties ranches, splits and two-storeys, often with a garage and a decent yard. Dated inside is fine. Tenant damage is fine. I have no interest in how clean it is.
- A job that moved and a date you have to hit
- A rental handed back in worse shape than it went out
- Downsizing out of a house that got too big
- An inherited property with siblings in different states
